Disclaimer

Trial Overdue presents public-record facts, not accusations or legal conclusions. We state, for each trial, its primary completion date, the statutory 1-year reporting deadline derived from it, whether results are posted to ClinicalTrials.gov as of our snapshot, and the resulting days-overdue. Every record links to the official ClinicalTrials.gov source.

We do not assert that any sponsor has committed fraud, a violation, or non-compliance. Whether a trial is an "applicable clinical trial," and whether any reporting obligation was breached, are legal determinations we do not make. A flagged trial may have a filed certification or extension not reflected in the public results posting.

This site is not legal advice, not investment advice, and not medical advice (YMYL). Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or to take any legal action. Verify everything against the primary source (ClinicalTrials.gov) and, for public-company mapping, SEC EDGAR, before relying on it.

Data sources: ClinicalTrials.gov API v2 (U.S. National Library of Medicine) and SEC EDGAR. We are not affiliated with the NIH, FDA, NLM, or SEC.
